|Reservation cancellation||If the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the reservation for the first night.|
|The children and extra bed policy||Children under 6 years old can stay for free without providing an extra bed, we only charge for breakfast.|
|Pets||Accommodation with animals, birds or reptiles is not allowed.|

|General hotel policies||Accommodation rules and internal regulations in the White Tree Hotel:
These regulations establish the order of check-in and check-out procedures, rules of behavior in a hotel stay and rules for services rendered in White Tree Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel).
1. You are kindly requested to observe accommodation rules and internal regulations along with fire safety regulations in the Hotel, also silence should be kept when possible from 23:00 to 07:00.
2. The Hotel is supposed for temporary stay of people for the period agreed with the Hotel administration. At the end of the agreed period of stay the guest has to check-out. If you would like to extend your stay it is necessary to inform the receptionist 2 hours prior to check-out time (12:00 noon, local time). The extension of the stay in the same room is possible only if there are no confirmed reservation for it for the third party.
3. Hotel works 24 hours a day.
4. The administration has the right to refuse in hosting the visitors who are under the influence of drug or alcohol.
5. At check-in the guests have to give the receptionist the identification document (passport of Russian Federation, military service record card (for army conscripts); certificate of Birth (for Guests under 14 years old); passport, certifying the identity of the citizenship of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation; passport of a foreign citizen; residence permit stateless person; refugee certificate. The guest has to sign registration form, especially the points concerned ID information.
6. Check-in time - 14:00.
7. The administration has the right to evict the guest because of the public nuisance, at the same time has the right to hold payment for the cancelled accommodation period, but no more, than for three days.
8. If the guest is absent more than a day (or after 6 hours from the checkout time), the administration of Hotel has the right to establish the commission and to evict the guest and make property inventory record. Material values in the form of money, precious metals, important documents, the administrator takes under his responsibility.
9. Payments, including deposits for accommodation and other Hotel services are made at free (contract) prices according to stated price list of the Hotel. Payment can be made in Russian Rubles by cash, through bank money transfer or by credit cards. At the check-in guest has to make payment for the whole period of stay. The final invoice for the services is given to the guest at the check-out.
10. Children under 6 years old can stay for free without providing an extra bed.
11. In case of guaranteed early check-in the charges are the following: check-in after 6:00 a.m. - full rate for the night (100%), check-in after 6:00 before 14:00 – half of one-night rate (50%). If the guests stay less than 24 hours the charge is for one night rate regardless of regular check-out time.
12. After 12:00 an unpaid room is considered to be vacant, if the guest stays at the Hotel after this time, the charges for late check-out are the following: from 12:00 to 18:00 — 25%, charge for quarter rate for the night, from 18:00 to 23:00- 50%, charge for half rate for the night, after 23:00 — charge for one night.
13. The guests of the Hotel have to show their guest’s room key to a security-man in order to enter the Hotel.
14. At the check-out guests should leave their room key at the Reception.
15. At your request there are allowed guests in your room from 8:00 to 23:00. These guests have to show the receptionist their Identification documents for receiving a pass to the Hotel before 22:00. If the visitors stay in the room after 23:00 they have to be checked-in in the guest’s room or another available room according to the stated rates of the Hotel. All guests are allowed to meet their visitors in the lobby of the Hotel. The guests of the Hotel are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
16. Smoking in the rooms, public toilets, corridors, halls of the Hotel is strictly prohibited in accordance with the Federal Law of 23.02.2013 №15-FZ. Smoking is allowed only in the special area «smoking area» and found at the main entrance. If the fact of smoking in the room occurs and is noticed by the hotel staff, 1500 (One thousand and five hundred) rubles charge for the deep room cleaning will be added to the guest’s bill.
17. During absence, in your room there should not be extraneous people. It is forbidden to pass to them a room key.
18. Do not leave valuables in your room. The Hotel is not responsible for the valuables if they are not placed into the safe box.
19. Do not disturb other guests of the Hotel, keep silence and public order. After 23:00 please mute TV-set.
20. Accommodation with animals, birds or reptiles is not allowed.
21. It is prohibited to bring and keep in the rooms bulky items, explosives, highly inflammable, toxic, narcotic materials and substances.
22. Please, do not forget to turn off the taps and electrical appliances and close the windows when leaving the room.
23. The Hotel is not responsible for the functioning of urban services (emergency electricity, heating and water supply outage).
24. If you disclose any troubles in functioning of your room’s systems, as well as incorrectly fixed outlets or switches, sparking of electrical appliances you are kindly requested to inform the Reception about that on extension number «1111» OK.
25. Conditions of linen replacement: Superior rooms – daily, Standard rooms – once in three days.
26. The Hotel has the right to withdraw unilaterally from the agreement for Hotel services, to refuse the guest extension of the stay or to evict the guest from the room in case of breaking of present regulations by the guest, delayed payment for Hotel services and in case of causing damage for the Hotel property by the guest.
27. The Hotel’s management reserves the right to examine the room without securing approval of the guest in case of fuming, fire, flood, as well as in case of breaking of these rules and regulations, public order, rules of use of household appliances by the guest.
28. If there are any guests’ complaints the Hotel management takes all possible measures stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation for settlement of conflicts.
29. Present regulations are formulated and carried out in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 (as amended on 18.07.2011) “On Protection of Consumers”, Government regulation of Russian Federation from 09.10.2015 №1085 “Adoption of regulations of rendering Hotel services in Russian federation” and other normative legal documents regulating legal relationships in the sphere of Hotel and extended services.
30. In cases not stipulated by this Regulations, parties are governed by existing legislation of the Russian Federation.
